Our Colombia decaf is decaffeinated using a natural sugar-cane processing method that avoids using harsh chemicals used in decaffienating commdity-grade coffees. This bean in particular is one of our favorite decaf varieties to both enjoy and offer to our customers.

This coffee features a flavor profile centered on notes of jammy blueberry and cranberry, praline, and mellow chocolate flavors; you may also detect some winey acidity and mild sugary sweetness.
